HEXOCITY OVERVIEW
Hey guys, check out Hexocity – it’s this chill puzzle game set in a futuristic world. We got inspired by Dorfromantik and decided to build it up in just six months.
You basically build your own islands with hexagonal tiles while vibing to some awesome synthwave tunes. It is all about Connecting Similar elements to score points. You start with a set number of tiles and the game ends when you run out, but there are ways to earn more tiles and keep going.
Oh and there are these cool power ups you can unlock by making perfect tile placements. Like, you can refresh the current tile, generate a new one for an empty spot, delete stuff, or even copy tiles around. Plus there are quests that give you Bonuses for Connecting roads or Canals in the most efficient way.
And get this – there’s a creative mode where you can let your imagination run wild and create your own islands with no limits. And to top it all off, Hexocity’s soundtrack is over an hour of pure synthwave goodness by Way16a’s composer, Raphael Ledent.
