Yo dude, Homeless is this wicked psychological horror game where you play as Albert a night shift security guard at a Brooklyn subway station. So, Albert’s doing his usual rounds, checking out the security cams, and then bam! He spots this sketchy–looking dude in the restricted railway area—a skinny guy in dirty clothes, but, like, weirdly tall.
At first, Albert’s like, “Oh, it’s just another homeless guy, no biggie.” But then he starts digging into this guy’s messed-up crimes and realizes he’s in for a total mind trip. This dude’s got some crazy handwritten notes meant to mess with Albert’s head and drive him insane. It’s one wild nightmare of a night, and as you wander through the dark, you know he’s lurking somewhere, eyes on you. Don’t let yourself become his next victim.
The game is set in the gritty neighborhoods of 1990s NYC and is all about the vibes thanks to Unreal Engine 5 which makes everything feel hella real and terrifying. You really feel the pressure of being a security guard, checking CCTV, patrolling the area, and investigating sketchy stuff just like you would in real life.
